What is your return policy?

We hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it, however we understand that items may not always be suitable. 
1) Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt to the below address and the return cost is to be covered by you. In need of a exchange we will cover the replacement postage cost.
2) items must be unworn and in the original condition or we can refuse the return. 
3) For an exchange please state what item and size needed in the package.

What are the payment options?

DPD tracked delivery (2-3 working days excluding bank holidays and weekends)

Please note between 25th December 2021 untill 5th January 2022 our office is closed, orders between that date will be shipped on our return.
